Parking

Crawley Borough Council is responsible for a number of public car parks in the town centre, and we work closely with West Sussex County Council to manage on street parking in residential areas.

See below for information on town centre parking, and the other pages in this section which explain how the town centre Residents Parking Scheme works in Crawley.

Public Car Parks

There are four multi-storey public car parks in the town centre as well as a number of other surface car parks. Together these provide a total of around 4000 spaces.

All public car parks have height restriction barriers of 2.1 metres.

Motorcycle Parking

Motorcycle parking is available in council-run car parks and is free of charge to motorcycles parked in the specific marked bays.

Exchange Road car park has motorcycle bays on levels 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10. All except levels 3 and 10 have secure rails to chain to and additional lighting for security.

Orchard Street car park has motorcycle bays on levels 2 and 4 but no locking facilities.

County Mall has a motorcycle area in their north car park, off Southgate Avenue, This is before the barrier system and so is free of charge, no locking facilities.

All other car parks are managed by NCP who should be contacted for details.
