Concrete repair works
Contractors will be carrying out surface repairs to the concrete and minor repair works in the week commencing Monday 18 April. This is due to last two days, weather permitting, and will involve small areas of the Skate Park being temporarily closed to allow the work to be carried out.
A new jump box is being manufactured offsite and will be installed and ready to open at the end of May. Please avoid riding the pyramid until the new jump box has been installed.
The half pipe has been removed. Crawley Borough Council is currently looking at options to replace the half pipe with a new one or to remove the half pipe and to extend the current concrete footprint. We will be discussing the options with the user group and will be announcing dates soon.
The skate park is located at Southgate Playing Fields on Southgate Avenue. To find out where this is and how to get there view the map or for more detailed directions click on how to get to Crawley view the area map .
