Applicants who meet the requirements of the post are normally short listed for interview. In addition we use tests and written exercises in appropriate circumstances. Therefore, you may be asked to complete exercises as part of the selection process.
You will be interviewed by more than one person, and during the interview the panel will ask questions which will allow you to expand on your application, and to demonstrate the extent to which you meet the requirements of the post. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the job, conditions of service, etc.
