Salary dependent on experience:
£26,486 - £32,529

An additional First Aider allowance will be paid and Category F standby payment will apply when on rota

We are looking for a talented and customer focused member of staff to join our Facilities Team.

Working in this varied and interesting role you will lead a small team in the day to day operation of a varied range of the Councils facilities including; Community Centres, Town Hall, Sports Pavilions and Public Toilets.

The Councils facilities are open 7 days a week so there is a need to be flexible as you will need to work evenings and weekends on occasions. You will be required to be a First Aider for which training will be provided if you are not already qualified.

We are looking for an exceptional person who can demonstrate a passion for customer service, a positive attitude to change, problem solving and decision making ability, flexibility when under pressure, able to challenge the status quo and last but not least you must be a great team player.

This is a very busy role, with conflicting demands, however you will have the autonomy to make your own decisions to meet the wide variety of customer demands. You will need to draw on your experience of facilities management, customer interaction and health and safety to make the customer experience of using the Councils facilities easy and enjoyable.
