Salary dependent on experience:
£20,571 - £23,431 pro rata + 14% enhancement for unsocial hours worked

Part time (18.5 hours a week) 

We are currently seeking to recruit a hard-working, motivated individual on a part time basis to join our team of Civil Enforcement Officers.

As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you will be primarily responsible for enforcing On and Off-Street Parking Regulations, issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCN’s) to vehicles parked in contravention, providing advice to the public relating to parking and investigating reports of abandoned vehicles.

You will need to possess excellent communication and literacy skills as you will be interacting with the public on a daily basis and frequently recording detailed information relating to the issue of PCNs. You will need to be flexible, committed and adaptable in your approach to work, demonstrating the ability to work with minimum supervision and to follow clearly defined procedures and guidelines. You will be required to patrol on foot and stand for long periods of time in all weathers and be able to perform physically demanding tasks.

Reporting to the Senior Civil Enforcement Officer, you will work a rolling 3 week rota which includes weekend and Bank Holiday working and late shifts. Full training and uniform will be provided.
