Salary dependent on experience:
£20,571 - £23,431 per annum

Would you like to be part of fast moving team, making an impact on the lives of older people living in Crawley?

Working as part of our Lifeline team, you will provide administrative support to our Lifeline team who install and service Lifeline equipment.

The key duties are to be the first point of contact for the Lifeline Service in the office, booking in appointments to install equipment and keeping customer records updated. You also need to be prepared to get your hands dirty as the role also involves cancelling down and cleaning stock in house.

With excellent communication skills and customer service skills, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of the needs of older people. You will have experience of team working and being able to prioritise and organise your own workload.
