We offer a wide range of support for older people or those with disabilities, to find them the right kind of housing with the level of support they need.
Supported Housing - If you want to live independently but have one or more support needs (such as physical disabilities or learning difficulties for example)
Sheltered Housing - If you are retired and are looking for a home that will allow you to live independently but with the reassurance of having assistance available if needed
Extra Care Housing - If you are aged 55 and over and are looking for a home that will allow you to live independently but with the reassurance of having assistance available 24 hours a day
Lifeline Emergency Alarm Service - If you would prefer to remain in your own home but want the reassurance of assistance being available in the event of an emergency (such as a fall)
Disabled Facilities Grants – If you are a registered disabled person and your home needs adapting to make it suitable for you to live in
We may also be able to help if you currently own or rent a home that is too large for you and would like to move somewhere more manageable.
