The Housing Help Point deals with a wide range of housing-related problems and we will try wherever possible to deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible.
We will assess housing related problems quickly and give advice as to whether or not the council can help. If we can resolve the issue straight away, we will. If not, we will put you in contact with the right specialist to deal with your housing needs.
We hope to give you the advice you need in one visit. However, there may be times where you need to make an appointment to come back and talk to one of our housing specialist teams.
