To request information we hold about you, download and complete our subject access request form.

Email your completed form to the Data Protection Officer, or you can post it to: The Data Protection Officer, Crawley Borough Council, Town Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley, RH10 1UZ.

We will write to confirm that we have received your request. We might also ask for more information to locate your data.

We will disclose your personal data to you within the statutory time limit of one month of receipt of your request. If your request is complex we may need to extend the period of compliance by up to a further two months. We will inform you of this within one month of receipt of your request and explain why the extension is necessary.

There is no fee payable. However, we will charge a fee based on the administrative cost if:

• Your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly if it is repetitive
• You request copies of the same information
