Crawley Borough Council is one of the best councils to work for according to The Times Best Councils to Work For Awards 2007. We were placed 11th out of 67 shortlisted authorities and 470 councils nationally. The survey identified strengths in key areas covering leadership, management, terms and conditions, training and development and what the organisation puts back into the community.
