Crawley’s First Ever Business Debate

A wide range of Crawley businesses including companies like ASB Law, BAA, Thomas Eggar, Virgin Atlantic, Thales, Doosan Babcock, GlaxoSmithKline, Varian Medical Systems, Siemens Hearing Instruments alongside smaller companies and neighbourhood parade businesses gathered at Virgin’s The Base on Fleming Way to be part of the town’s first ever Business Debate on 28th May 2008.

Some of the issues discussed by the Leaders of the council and local business people included the provision of space for smaller businesses, raising skills and aspirations levels, how improvement to Manor Royal would be delivered and improving and promoting the town centre experience for visitors and residents.
